Shelby American has announced the specifications for the 2011 Shelby GT350. It came with a six-speed manual transmission and a Ford Racing supercharger with 500 horsepower when it was unveiled earlier this year at Barrett-Jacksone.

According to the press release now there will be offering both a naturally aspirated and an automatic version to the buyers. Caroll Shelby mentioned the in the press release that the Mustang based model will be sold as a base level, naturally-aspirated street car capable of SCCA competition. The base model will be $7000 cheaper and will still give out 412 horsepower from the 5.0-liter V8 mated to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Also included are six-piston caliper brakes with 14″ rotors as well as an upgraded suspension with parts from Ford Racing

As seen in these pictures, the GT350 is painted in white and blue Le Mans strips and has gone through a full aerodynamic work-up that includes scoops on the side rockers and hood. Additional front splitter and a redesigned bumper can also be noticed on the front, while the rear receives a new filler panel and a taillight trim.

Excluding the price for the  (base) Mustang GT, the GT350 package is priced at $26,995, while the supercharged GT350 will cost $33,995.
